• Graduated from Beijing Medical University in 1995 with a master’s degree in Clinical Medicine.
• Received PhD in 1999 under the direction of Professor Shen Yucun
• Spent a year as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University’s
• Department of Social Medicine in 1999, learning the illness narrative from Professor Arthur Kleinman.
• In 2003, conducted research and study on suicidology at the University of Rochester

• Worked at Peking University Sixth Hospital (Institute of Mental Health) as a resident psychiatrist attending psychiatrist for 20 years
• Joined Beijing United Family Hospital in 2014

• Associate translator of Psychosomatic Medicine and main translator of Fech’s Clinical Psychopathology
• Author of the chapter ‘Physical Symptom Disorders’ in Shen Yucun’s Clinical Psychiatry
• Core author of Double Heart Medicine and main author of the psychiatry section in the Introduction to General Practice
